Richard Bates
In 1981, Richard Bates saw the opportunity to begin his own company. He left a successful career with the Henry S. Miller Company as one of the top brokers in Miller’s Commercial/Retail Division. Fairly and competently representing every client is his goal which result in the forming of long term relationships with clients. He has built on that foundation through his own development and investment business. Richard enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Jennifer Bates
Jennifer has been with Bellaire North Investments for 5 years. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and spent two years studying Piano Pedagogy at Baylor University. Her work experience prior to her arrival at BNI included working as a product lead and project manager for a financial services company and as an office manager for a non – profit organization raising money for Cook Children's Medical Center.

Tyler Bates
Tyler enthusiastically strives to learn every aspect of the commercial real estate business as he works along his father, Richard. He has successfully completed all of the CCIM courses and is now working on his portfolio to obtain the CCIM designation. Tyler is an active member of CCIM, International Council of Shopping Centers and North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals. Outside of work Tyler enjoys running, tennis and mountain biking. |
