• Represented GTE (Verizon Wireless) on a national basis by acquiring options on over 500 sites for GTE's cellular systems.
• Redeveloped the 300,000 SF Richland Business Center in North Richland Hills, TX.
• Preferred developer for Family Dollar; developed 15 stores across North and Central Texas.
• Client Relations with Walgreens, Jack in the Box, Autozone, Balley's Fitness, Sears, Chick-fil-A, Kroger, Stripling and Cox department stores, McDonalds, and Office Max.
• Won city redevelopment of the year award for the 120,000 SF Richardson Plaza Shopping Center.
